A letter from Amanda
Hi there,
Life moves fast, but I believe it is worth slowing down to truly connect with the people you work with. Building authentic relationships and creating meaningful work matter to me, which is why I’m intentional about the partnerships I choose.
A verse that has deeply guided and encouraged me is Ephesians 2:10: "For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them." I believe wholeheartedly that God has equipped me and prepared me in advance for His good works, and this promise fills me with purpose and strength.
From my early days as a nurse in the emergency room to launching a skincare line, building and selling businesses, mentoring future leaders, supporting non-profits, and leading growing companies as CEO, it’s been quite the journey! There have been incredible highs, moments of doubt, and plenty of lessons along the way. I’ve celebrated big wins and had times where I thought, “What was I thinking?” But through it all, I can clearly see how God has been guiding and shaping me, preparing me for His work, heavenly work with grace and impact!
These days, my greatest joy comes from helping others—whether it’s entrepreneurs, developing leaders, or nonprofits—realize their potential and step into their purpose. There’s nothing quite like seeing someone discover they’re capable of more than they ever believed.
At the heart of everything I do is my faith. It guides me, humbles me, and reminds me to lead with love, grace, and gratitude. My life is far from perfect, but it is honest. It is a story of learning through failures, celebrating small victories, and and trusting in God's goodness.
To God be the glory in all things,
Amanda
